Constance Harbaugh, 71, passed away at 5 a.m. Monday in the Saint Joseph Medical Center, Mishawaka. Survivors include her husband, Larry Harbaugh; sons, Brian (Brenda) Harbaugh and Todd Harbaugh; sisters, Sharon Keltner and Elaine Mills; and two grandchildren, Dylan and McKenna. Private services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, in the Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, MI.
