Almon Menter Jr., 72, passed away on Friday in Lakeland Hospital, Niles, MI. Survivors include sons, Jim, Jeff, Jack and Almon III, Robert and Matthew Menter; stepsons, James and Richard Ferguson; daughters, Jean Dawman, Janice Russell and Karen Carver; and a stepdaughter, Samantha Haydom. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, in the Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, MI.
