Lillian C. Graham, 88, of 1333 Wells Street, died of natural causes at 2:30 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2010, in Riveridge Manor, Niles. She was born November 11, 1921, in South Bend, IN, to the late Utah and Anna E. Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Everett Graham on December 25, 1999; and by a son, Michael John Graham. She was a member of the D.A.R., a member of the retirees of the Niles Community School system, loved the history of Niles and genealogy research, and had organized Smith family reunions for years. She was a lifetime area resident and retired cook with Niles Community Schools. She is survived by a son, David (Kathie Jo) Graham; daughter, Julie Harvey; grandchildren, Damien Weems, Wednesday L. Graham, Ashley C. (Michael) Blankenbaker and Greg Harvey; and had a total of 11 brothers and sisters. A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date at Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles. Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, is handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, 1776 D. Street NW, Washington, DC 20008.
